Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, booking a consultation, engaging our relocation services, or purchasing the Phuket Family Pass, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Nature of Services and Scope

PTTF provides informational content, guidance, consultation services, and relocation assistance related to relocating to and living in Phuket, Thailand. Our guidance is based on genuine, lived personal and professional experience of relocating to and living in Phuket, and we stand behind it as such.

PTTF is not a law firm, a licensed immigration adviser, a licensed financial adviser, or a licensed real estate agency. Nothing on this website or provided as part of our services constitutes legal, financial, immigration, or medical advice, and it should not be treated as a substitute for advice from a suitably qualified and licensed professional. Decisions around visas, healthcare, property, and other regulated matters should always be independently verified before you rely on them.

3. Relocation Services

Where you engage PTTF for relocation assistance, we provide guidance, coordination, and support based on our knowledge and experience of the local process. However, many elements of a relocation depend on third parties outside our control, including schools, immigration authorities, landlords, embassies, and government agencies.

As a result, PTTF cannot guarantee specific outcomes or timelines, including but not limited to school placements, visa approvals, or the availability or terms of rental properties. We will act in good faith and keep you informed, but final decisions and timelines rest with the relevant third party in each case.

4. Consultation Bookings

Consultations may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend without notice, may result in the consultation fee being forfeited.

5. The Phuket Family Pass

The Phuket Family Pass is a paid digital product providing access to a curated directory of family-friendly businesses and attractions in Phuket, along with associated discounts, via a web application.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of this product, being a digital pass granting immediate access to curated listings and discounts, the Phuket Family Pass is nonrefundable once purchased. If a customer experiences an issue with a specific listing, including a discount not being honoured, the app provides routes to contact PTTF directly, and PTTF is responsible for resolving the issue, including removing or updating the affected listing on the backend of the application

Access Duration: Access to the Phuket Family Pass is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase, after which it expires and is no longer accessible

6. Payments and Refunds for Consultations and Relocation Services

Consultation fees and relocation service fees are payable as agreed at the time of booking or as set out in the applicable service agreement. Consultation fees are refundable only where sufficient cancellation notice is given in line with Section 4, and are not refundable after the consultation has taken place.

Relocation services may require staged payments or deposits, depending on the scope of the project. Any payment schedule will be agreed with you before work begins. Relocation deposits become non-refundable once work has commenced.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, third-party costs, including but not limited to school application fees, tuition deposits, government and visa fees, translations, courier services, insurance, accommodation, or other external expenses, are not included in our service fees and remain your responsibility as the client.

Failure to make payments when due may result in the suspension or termination of services until payment has been received.
