Phuket to the Face (“PTTF”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a relocation and family lifestyle consultancy operating in Phuket, Thailand, providing information, consultation services, relocation assistance, and a paid digital product (the Phuket Family Pass) to residents, prospective residents, and visitors to Phuket.

2. What Data We Collect
Depending on how you interact with our website and services, we may collect the following categories of personal data:
- Contact details submitted via our contact form and consultation booking form (name, phone number, email address, and any message content), collected through Gravity Forms
- Purchase and account information for the Phuket Family Pass, including name, email, and payment confirmation, processed through our WooCommerce checkout
- Account login data for the Phuket Family Pass app, including Google or Facebook OAuth identifiers where you choose to sign in that way, and a Member ID generated on sign-up
- Website usage data collected automatically via Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including pages visited, approximate location, device type, and referral source
- Advertising and conversion data collected via Meta Pixel, used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to build audiences for future advertising
- Data collected through the WhatsApp group referenced on the contact page, including phone numbers and message content, is also processed by us
3. How We Use Your Data
We use the data described above to:
- Respond to enquiries and provide the consultation and relocation services you have requested
- Process and fulfil purchases of the Phuket Family Pass, and provide access to the associated app
- Understand how visitors use our website, in order to improve its content and structure
- Measure and improve the performance of our advertising, including on Meta platforms
- Send marketing communications to past enquirers and customers, based on your consent, collected via an explicit opt-in mechanism at the point of data collection
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal data on the following legal bases. Where you submit an enquiry or booking, we rely on the necessity of processing to take steps at your request prior to entering a contract, and to perform that contract once agreed. Where we send marketing communications, we rely on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. Where we use analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel, we rely on your consent, collected via our cookie consent mechanism. Where retaining certain records is necessary to comply with Thai tax, accounting, or business law, we rely on that legal obligation.
5. Third Parties and Data Sharing
We use the following third-party services, each of which processes data according to its own privacy policy:
- Google (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager)
- Meta (Meta Pixel, for advertising and analytics)
- Gravity Forms and our website hosting provider, for processing form submissions
- Base44, the platform on which the Phuket Family Pass app is built, and Google or Facebook where you choose OAuth sign-in
- Crazy Web Studio, our website development agency, who have access to site data in the course of providing technical support and development work
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
6. Cookies and Tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies via Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel. A cookie consent banner is in place, giving you the ability to accept or decline non-essential cookies before tracking begins.
7. International Data Transfers
As we serve customers based outside Thailand, your personal data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than your own, including Thailand and the United States, where our service providers such as Google and Meta operate infrastructure. Where we transfer data internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected to a standard consistent with this policy, including relying on our service providers’ own data protection commitments and standard contractual safeguards where applicable.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, fulfil our contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain business records, and enforce our agreements. When personal data is no longer required for these purposes, we securely delete or anonymise it where reasonably practicable. For example, contact form submissions and consultation enquiries with no ongoing customer relationship are retained for 12 months before deletion.
9. Your Rights
Depending on where you are based, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request that we correct inaccurate data, request that we delete your data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, such as marketing communications. If you are based in the UK or EU, these rights are provided under the GDPR. If you are based in Thailand, these rights are provided under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 10, and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe we have not handled your data properly.
