Aerial Yoga for Kids (and Adults Too)

There are quite a few options on the island — but here are two I’ve personally tried with my girls.
Both are good, just different. You’ll know what works for you.

1. Princess Yoga & Fly

Small, colorful studio in deep Chalong.
Four hammocks, cozy space, run by Piat — a gentle, professional Thai instructor who’s great with kids.

  • 500 THB for a 1-hour private session
  • Must book in advance (message her directly)
  • Great if you’re coming with 2–3 kids — she gives them her full attention
  • Bonus: she also runs a rare-cat pension inside the studio (not a typo)
  • Google: Princess Yoga Fly
  • Instagram: @princess_yoga_fly_

We use this one a lot. It just works.

2. Tia Studio (near Land & House)

Sweet little studio with a lake view.
Offers more than yoga: dance, pole, gymnastics, and more.

  • Classes are busier — sometimes 8 kids, 4 hammocks
  • Ages vary, but it’s structured and fun
  • Morning: adults
  • Afternoon onward: kids
  • 400–600 THB depending on class packs, number of kids, etc.

If you’re okay with a more dynamic group vibe, this is a solid option.

Both studios start with stretches, take “pride photos” for parents, and end on the mat with breathing work.

Fun, active, and something different for both kids and grownups.
