What’s One Beach in Phuket You Absolutely Shouldn’t Miss?
If I have to pick just one?
Nui Beach — but only in season (November to April).
It’s got jungle, cliffs, ocean, and yes — it’s paradise.
Not easy to get to. And that’s what makes it magic.
How to Get There:
- Navigate to: Karon Viewpoint on Google Maps
- Drive a little further down
- Look for signs to Nui Beach
You have 3 options:
- Wait for the off-road vehicle (included in entry fee)
- Ride a motorbike (if you’re brave — not recommended)
- Drive yourself (if you have a 4×4 and know what you’re doing)
Cost: 300 THB per person
Includes off-road ride and wristband entry
What to Do When You Arrive:
- Rent a sunbed (200 THB)
- Have a drink at the Pirate Bar
- Get a massage right on the beach
- Swim, snorkel, banana boat, jet ski
- Take way too many photos — swings, bathtubs, and photo corners are everywhere
Important Notes:
- No phone signal, and the Wi-Fi is useless
- Do NOT take photos of the chained monkeys
- Wild monkeys will steal food and phones — seriously
- Bring a power bank — your camera roll will explode
Lunch idea:
Head up to Sabai Corner afterward
(@sabai.corner.3) — amazing views + relaxed Thai food
That’s a full-day trip sorted.
