Visa Renewal: The marriage visa is renewable annually, provided you continue to meet the eligibility criteria.
Paperwork Needed
For the Initial 90-Day Visa:- Valid passport with at least 18 months validity.
- Completed visa application form.
- Recent passport-sized photographs.
- Marriage certificate.
- Thai spouse’s identification card or passport.
- Proof of accommodation in Thailand.
- Financial evidence:
- Bank statement showing a balance of at least 400,000 THB in a Thai bank account for the past two months.
- Alternatively, proof of monthly income of at least 40,000 THB.
- All documents listed above.
- Proof of income or bank balance as specified above.
- Completed extension application form.
- Additional documents may be requested by the immigration office.
- Dependents: Spouses and children under 20 years old are eligible to be included in the application. Each dependent must provide the necessary documentation, including a valid passport, photographs, and proof of relationship.
